introduction
Klimato is a B2B SaaS company that enables food businesses to calculate, communicate and reduce emissions. With an average of 23% emission reduction among customers year-over-year, Klimato is transforming the global food system for a more sustainable future. As one of Klimato's first employees, I have played a key role in evolving the company from a small startup into a successful global scale-up.
Commencing as a Product Designer, I defined and designed the entire application, website, design system, and customer journey - all while shaping the foundation of our product team. I eventually scaled and led all of our work in design, UX and communications. As we entered into a growth phase, I took on the role of Digital Experience Manager. Thus, my responsibilities further included leading digital transformation initiatives, service design operations, and streamlining the customer journey.
